Welcome to your cozy escape in the heart of Waialua, Hawaii, where our spacious studio awaits you. Just a short stroll from a serene local beach, this newly renovated haven is luxuriously furnished and serves as the perfect base for exploring the attractions of the North Shore while allowing you to unwind away from the crowded tourist areas.

This self-contained studio is conveniently located on the ground floor of a tri-plex complex, complete with off-street parking if needed. Having undergone a complete renovation in 2017, you'll find it equipped with a kitchen boasting a full-sized fridge and comprehensive cooking facilities. While there is no air conditioning, a powerful fan is provided to ensure your comfort during those warm Hawaiian days. Please note that this studio is available for long-term stays of 90 days or more.

The tastefully decorated space includes a fully functional kitchen with a single burner induction hotplate, a combination microwave/convection oven, cutlery, glasses, and a dining table that doubles as a workstation for business travelers. You will appreciate the modern bathroom featuring elegant white marble tiling, granite vanity top, and spacious storage options.

Your restful nights are assured with a comfortable queen bed complemented by a four-piece bedroom suite, offering ample drawer storage for your belongings. Although the studio is attached to a three-bedroom house rented to friendly permanent tenants, noise levels are monitored to ensure your peaceful stay. If any disturbances occur, feel free to contact me, the owner, who resides next door and is always ready to assist.

For your convenience, there is shared laundry access with a washer and dryer; please bring your own detergent. If you need off-street parking, just mention it in your rental inquiry, and I will gladly arrange a secure spot right in front of the studio. There is also plenty of street parking available.

Within a short 3-5 minute walk, you will find a beautiful local beach, known for its tranquility and occasional turtle sightings. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the studio and a small outdoor area surrounded by graceful Areca palms, complete with chairs and a coffee table to relax in the fresh air. Additionally, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after your beach adventures.
