The bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the living area includes two pull-out memory foam sofa beds—one queen and one full size—providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. You will also enjoy a private full bathroom and a convenient kitchenette, equipped with a hotplate (no stove) for your culinary needs. You are welcome to utilize the shared washer and dryer facility located on the estate, which is secured by a gated entrance surrounded by lush tropical fruit trees.

Stay cool during your stay with air conditioning in the living room, allowing you to relax after exploring the nearby attractions of Haleiwa, Waialua, and Mokuleia beaches. The property is conveniently situated just a short walk from beautiful beaches, exciting surf spots, and numerous hiking trails, making it a prime location for adventure seekers and beach lovers alike.

Indulge in fresh, organic fruits gathered right from the farm orchards on-site, including mangos, papayas, avocados, and more, depending on the season. After a day in the sun, rinse off under the stars in one of our hot outdoor showers, taking in the tranquil ambiance as you return home.

This cottage is nestled in a peaceful country neighborhood, where typical sounds of rural life, such as roosters and dogs, may greet you. Friendly dogs roam freely within a gated area of the property, adding to the charming atmosphere. Please note that access to the estate requires entering through a locked gate with a unique code, ensuring both privacy and security.

As you embrace the quiet surroundings, be aware that seasonal surf swells create a soothing backdrop of crashing waves in the winter months. Occasional sirens from emergency vehicles or the community's monthly testing will add to the authentic country experience. Celebratory fireworks may also light up the sky a few times each year.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring any pets to the property, as on-site animals may not react well to unfamiliar companions. Additionally, our cleaning services use essential oils that are safe for humans but potentially harmful to pets. It is a priority for us to maintain a safe environment for all our guests.

Due to the older infrastructure, please refrain from charging electric vehicles at this property, as the electrical system is not designed for EV charging use. A charging station is available just three miles away in Hale'iwa town near Stonefish restaurant for your convenience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at this rental. We recommend selecting travel insurance during your reservation process, as cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for refunds. Please review our policy regarding utility outages, which states that the host is not liable for any loss of utilities or amenities during your stay.
