Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund of your deposit minus a $100 fee, cancellations must be made at least 40 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation within this period or after your arrival will result in retained payments, although if the unit can be successfully re-rented, a pro-rata refund may be issued.

Check-in time is set at 3:00 P.M., and check-out is at 11:00 A.M. Should you wish for a late check-out, a half-day charge is required.

Be mindful that all rates are subject to the 17.416% Hawaii State Tax. A deposit of $200 is due within ten days of confirmation to secure your reservation, with full prepayment expected 40 days before your arrival (60 days prior for Christmas reservations). A minimum stay of three nights applies, or a service fee will be charged. Additionally, there is a $175 cleaning fee applicable for all stays, and maid service is available upon request for an extra charge. Special rates are available for extended stays of 28 days or more. All rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
