Welcome to your perfect getaway at our Great Ocean View condo at Papakea, located just 95 yards from the stunning ocean. This spacious condo is situated on the fourth floor and includes a large loft area, making it an ideal accommodation for families or groups looking to experience the charm of Lahaina, Hawaii.

Recently remodeled between March and June 2020, this condo features an entirely new kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, fresh flooring, updated paint, new beds and mattresses, and modern vanities. While we’ve kept the tubs and toilets, rest assured that those will be upgraded in the next couple of years to enhance your overall experience.

The sleeping arrangements are a highlight here. The master bedroom boasts a California king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. In the loft, you will find two bunk beds, each featuring doubles on the bottom and twins on top, alongside two air mattresses if needed. An additional sleeping option is provided on the lanai, where one of our teenage kids prefers to lounge. Altogether, we accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably (2 in the master, 2 in the second bedroom, 6 in the loft, 1 on the lanai, and 1-2 on air mattresses). However, we recommend a maximum of 10 for optimal comfort, as the space may feel crowded with more guests).

Unlike other resorts in Maui, Papakea is set back from the street, offering peace while still being conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants.

You will have easy access to a range of amenities within walking distance, including a convenience store, a full-service grocery store, charming coffee shops, and delightful casual dining options. For upscale shopping and fine dining, Whaler's Village is just a five-minute drive away, with the quaint village of Lahaina another 5-10 minutes down the road.

A few on-site amenities you’ll enjoy during your stay include two shuffleboard courts, lighted tennis courts, twelve-hole putting greens, two pools, whirlpool spas, outdoor grills, and beach cabanas, all enhancing your Hawaiian experience.

Our dining arrangement caters to larger groups, seating up to 21 people with a dining room table (6), kitchen bar (4), lanai table (6), lanai couch (2), and living room couch (3), though keep in mind it might feel a bit snug.

Please note, Papakea Resort charges a $17/day resort fee for your first ten nights. This fee, collected directly by the front desk upon check-in, covers all resort amenities including parking, Wi-Fi internet, cable service, 24-hour security, an on-site concierge, and fun activities like a weekly mai tai party.
