Please note that there is an additional fee of $150 per night for each guest exceeding two individuals. It is crucial to accurately report the total number of guests at the time of booking to avoid unexpected charges. Any discrepancies must be settled prior to check-in.

We encourage open communication via our platform or Enso Connect. Check-in instructions and door codes will be provided through Enso Connect 24 hours before your arrival. Should any issues arise during your stay, please notify us during standard business hours (9am-2pm) so we can assist you promptly.

Keep in mind that pool availability may vary based on resort conditions, and hot water may require a brief wait due to the standard water heaters used on site. You may encounter some insects typical for the island; however, we employ pest control services to minimize their presence indoors. Pest control treatments are scheduled for 01/10/2024, 04/10/2024, 07/10/2024, and 10/09/2024 and cannot be declined.

Please adhere to the no smoking policy strictly enforced within the unit and surrounding areas. A minimum fee of $500 will apply for any smoke remediation required if this rule is violated.

To facilitate smooth operations and maintain cleanliness for all guests, there is a late check-out charge of $500 per hour for unauthorized delays beyond the designated check-out time. If you require more flexibility, consider extending your stay by an additional night.

Lastly, be advised that roofing work will be underway at the resort until the end of the year, which may temporarily affect certain areas, including the pool closest to the office. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the property.
