Your experience here is designed to provide comfort and tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers that epitomize the beauty of Hawaii.

Nestled in a private setting, the home boasts mature lychee, mountain apple, and avocado trees—perfect for picking if you visit during the fruiting season. The unique library in the third bedroom houses an extensive selection of Hawaiiana books, along with a writing desk overlooking the garden, a cozy reading chair, and sliding glass doors leading to a spacious covered deck.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed complemented by teak furniture and a newly renovated en suite bathroom equipped with a shower seat. Step out onto a small lanai where you can unwind in a comfortable rocking chair. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and solid wood nightstands, with easy access through another sliding glass door to the expansive front lanai. Each bedroom is fitted with ample closet space and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort throughout your stay, even without air conditioning.

Your entertaining needs are met in the greatroom, furnished with two couches—one of which converts into a full-size bed for additional guests. The open design includes a pass-through window from the kitchen, allowing the chef to engage with guests while they relax. A dining nook with a table and four chairs completes this inviting space.

Step outside to find a two-car covered carport; however, most of this area is set up for al fresco dining, featuring tables and chairs along with a charcoal grill. A propane grill can be arranged upon request. Enjoy outdoor games such as bocce ball and cornhole on the spacious lawns, or play Giant Jenga and board games on rainy days. With a hammock available for lounging, you can also pick a book from the library and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The community offers convenient amenities, including a neighborhood store just a five-minute stroll away. Fresh water is sourced directly from a well-maintained system, providing safe drinking water straight from the tap.

This home comfortably accommodates a maximum of five guests and enforces a three-week stay limit to maintain its pristine condition. Your hosts, Jahnys and Stan, have lovingly curated the decor with artwork from local artists and preserved cherished memories of the original Mama J's Pond House.

When making a reservation, please provide accurate information regarding the number of guests. An additional fee of $10 per person per night applies for more than two guests.
