Access requires climbing one flight of stairs, and reaching the beach entails descending a short staircase. Please exercise caution during changes in tide, which may affect the last step leading to the sand. Your hosts reside on the property and are readily available to assist with any questions or concerns, all while ensuring your privacy remains intact.

Remember to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, including on the ocean-facing deck. Non-smokers only, please. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that cancellations are not eligible for refunds; we recommend considering travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Lastly, due to Ordinance 22-7, effective October 23, 2022, we kindly remind you that this property cannot be rented for less than 90 consecutive days.
