Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Access to the unit was via keypad code, which the host sent on a timely basis. The unit was clean with a kitchen with pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster, plates & cups, silverware & cooking utensils. The resort also had very clean BBQ grills for use. The host supplied beach chairs & towels and a beach cooler, which was a very nice touch.
Negative: A guest occupied the unit upstairs midway in our stay. The unit above must have tile floors as a lot of noise came through the ceiling -- scraping of chairs and tables as they moved furniture around and even heavy walking sounds came through. We heard whenever the couple above got into or out of bed. The host really needs to insist the unit above at a minimum put pads on the furniture to reduce the scraping sounds from chairs.
Summary: Well-equipped unit with good facilities. Significant noise comes through from the unit above.
