Positive: A very nice apartment, well-located, close to the beach, which is tiny, but turtles sleep there, making it magical. You can admire beautiful sunsets. The apartment is well-equipped, with everything you need. There's a laundry room in building D, and laundry detergent is provided in the apartment. The watering system does turn on at night, but that didn't bother us. Nothing was broken, as mentioned in other comments. A truly recommendable place.

Negative: I can't give it a 10 because the apartment wasn't 100% clean. The floor was covered in red dust, as were the countertops. The table on the terrace was completely dirty, having not been cleaned in a long time, and the sofa absolutely needs washing. And now: before our arrival, we wanted to check in an hour earlier, but this wasn't allowed. In such a situation, I demand that the apartment be perfectly prepared for guests, because I assume cleaning is in progress and the service needs time. But that's probably not the case.
