Summary: In the listing it said TV’s in both bedrooms, there was no tv in the 2nd bedroom, when we let the management know that she was arguing with me that TV’s in both bedrooms was not in the description, when it was actually posted right under the picture of the second bedroom. After a few days of going back and forth they finally delivered a tv. We had to re-wash all the pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, as most of them were dirty from the guests before us, The upstairs Lani had so much bird poop all over that we refused to sit out there, I called and they did send someone over to clean most of it up. The living room furniture is old and very uncomfortable, I will say that the Master bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was very nice size.The management also accompanied us with a late checkout (thank you). This was very disappointing to us we having been staying on the Big Island for over 20 years and will choose a different place to stay next year.
