Your clean and cozy 600-sf studio is situated on our tranquil estate, Mana Aina, which translates to 'the power of the earth' in Hawaiian. Embrace the invigorating fresh air from Hana as it caresses the national tropical forest that hugs the side of the dormant Haleakala volcano.

Your studio offers breathtaking views over our sprawling 12 acres of lush parkland, adorned with a rich tapestry of ornamental trees, vibrant tropical plants, seasonal fruit-bearing trees, and colorful flowers. Constructed with robust brick and painted stucco, the studio features elegant tile flooring and high-beam ceilings, ensuring a relaxing environment for your getaway.

The property boasts an enchanting setting, bordered by a 50-acre forest along the ocean side and a lush gulch to the east, complete with a seasonal water stream flowing down from Haleakala’s rain forest, ultimately reaching the famous surf destination of Jaws. In addition, another peaceful 50-acre property lies adjacent to yours, providing additional tranquility.

As you explore our grounds, keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that thrives here, including geckos and various insects, all part of the vibrant ecosystem nurtured by our organic gardens. For those seeking a meticulously manicured landscape devoid of nature’s small creatures, a stay at one of Maui's luxurious resorts may be more suited to your preferences.

Though immersed in peaceful seclusion, you won't be far from modern conveniences. Within a six-minute drive, indulge in delightful dining options and grocery shopping. For organic aficionados, Mana Foods in Paia is just ten minutes away, and the Pauwela Cannery provides casual breakfast and lunch fare. The Haiku Cannery offers an array of restaurants, including Nuka Sushi and Colleen's Restaurant, where you can savor burgers, pizza, and other local delights. Don’t miss veg-friendly spots like Vegout and the Maui Kombucha Bar.

If you’re visiting during wave season, witnessing the colossal waves at Jaws is a must. Please remember to bring your drinking water, as we encourage the use of filtered water available by the kitchen sink. Additionally, pack any food or personal items you may require, as we do not replenish supplies after each guest. Kindly avoid cooking fragrant foods without covering pans, as lingering odors can lead to deductions from your security deposit.

While we love sharing our property with guests, please refrain from picking fruits from our trees, as we accommodate over 600 visitors yearly.

The building encompasses three studios that can be rented separately or together, each soundproofed with thick walls and strategically placed entrances to enhance privacy. Your accommodation features a medium-softness memory foam king-sized bed and a full-size sofa bed, perfect for a restful night.

In your private bathroom, you'll find a bathtub, overhead shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, along with towels, toiletries, and other essentials provided for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen includes electric burners, an oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils, so you can whip up meals during your stay.

The laundry room is available for your use from 9 am to 7 pm, with detergent to be supplied by you. Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet via SpaceX Starlink, and unwind with streaming options on the smart TV connected to Wi-Fi.

We may have beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys for children available; feel free to check the laundry room during your stay but return them before you depart.
