Positive: How close it is to restaurants and grocery stores and the beach. Good walking distance from a lot of things and convenient drive to surround areas
Negative: Some things in the unit did not work like the screen doors. Has issue with the dishwasher leaking but the issue was resolved very quickly after communicating with property staff
Summary: Very convenient location, responsive property management staff. For a couple, I think it is a decent value
