Positive: Clean, pretty grounds, comfortable room (superior king ocean view), nice view, walkable to restaurants and a great snorkeling spot. Really enjoyed our view.

Negative: There was daily leaf blowing which seemed completely unnecessary and was quite annoying. Seemed like it would be more effective to rake the few fallen leaves than to blow them around.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay overall.
