Positive: Superb location: out of the way from Kona tourist bustle, 30 sec walk to a public beach (for sunset viewing, not ideal for swimming), and less than 5min drive to shopping center with grocery store, cinema and restaurants. Wonderful, quiet gated community with access to pool and tennis courts. Adequate size rooms. Very functional bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen. Wonderful covered lanai. Snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards (ie. everything you'd want for beach trips). 3 minute drive to surfing beach Kahaluu. 3 minute drive to manta bay Keahou Bay.
Negative: Nothing.
