Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. Clean and had everything you will need on vacation (minus shampoo and conditioner). It is nicely updated except the carpet on stairs. Location was great. Food trucks and other restaurants close by. A short walk to sand beach but can use lawn chairs next to the ocean on the property. We had a slight hang up with the code to the door upon arrival which was quickly fixed by the rental company. My only other hang up is that it’s advertised as “pent house” when in reality it is a very nice 4th floor condo. While there are ocean views from the living room and master bath, the lanai is only off the living room. The third bedroom is actually a loft with bath—very nice but not private and can be noisy if other family is up before whomever sleeps there. I was expecting a third bedroom with door and the pull out couch to be in loft area. That was my mistake however as I apparently misread the description. Enjoyed our stay but would probably find a condo with an actual third bedroom with door and more lanai area to enjoy the beauty.
