Summary: The location can't be beat. We fortunately never needed to use the air-conditioning because the weather was cool.I wish the kitchen had a few more serving dishes, but it was very nice to have a few condiments available as well as coffee filters. The seating is a bit sparce. The price seems a bit high, but what isn't expensive?
