"The Big Pono Aloha" serves as your home away from home, designed to provide you with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. We are Joel and Tamara, proud new owners who fell in love with this property during a month-long visit, which ultimately brought us to purchase it. Now, we are thrilled to share our beloved space with you! Although our listing may be fresh, this condo has been a beloved vacation rental for years, hosting countless satisfied guests.

In May 2019, we undertook a significant renovation of the condo, updating flooring, fixtures, paint, and adding air conditioning for your comfort. You will find complete amenities including a full kitchen, dining area, living room, private lanai, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms with private entries. Additionally, enjoy access to a pool, hot tub, spa, tennis courts, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, complimentary WiFi, a scenic 3-mile bike path along the ocean, and free parking!

This delightful condo comfortably accommodates 2-6 guests without the hassle of a pull-out sofa. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a private bathroom, perfect for a peaceful retreat for two. The second bedroom is ideal for families or friends, complete with a queen bed, twin bunk bed, TV, and its own access to the second bathroom. Just down the hall, you will find a coin-operated laundry facility for your convenience.

Your tropical oasis extends beyond your condo. Within mere steps, you'll find a sandy beach, pool, hot tub, elegantly landscaped gardens, tennis courts, croquet court, barbecue areas, volleyball, fitness center, and shuffleboard. Take a short stroll outside the resort to explore unique island boutiques, delightful dining options, and recreational activities in historic Kapaa.

For those warm Kauai days, three portable AC units are available in the bedrooms and kitchen; however, most guests prefer the gentle ocean breezes. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms ensure air circulation and comfort throughout your stay, embodying authentic Hawaiian oceanfront living.
