Summary: Sliding glass doors to the lawn/beach area were extremely hard to open indicating the tracks had not been cleaned for some time. Master bathroom sink would back-up, indicating drain needs to be cleaned out. Towel rack in master bath coming out of the wall. Air vents on the doors containing air conditioning unit/storage room were full of solid dust/debris that my wife had to vacuum (I had to empty the full canister before she could do this). Oh yes, killed 3 cockroaches the first day in the kitchen area. Needless to say, if this ground unit did not have great access to the beach, pool area, I would not have rented unit.
