This does not affect your stay, as all villas are uniformly managed and serviced by the resort. Please note, however, that you will not have the option to request specific locations within the resort.

Additionally, be aware that an occupancy tax imposed by the state of Hawaii will be due at checkout. This fee ranges from $10 to $50 per night, depending on the villa type you occupy.

It's worth noting that the nearby Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will undergo substantial renovations from June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Furthermore, an electrical distribution system upgrade is scheduled from March 1 to August 31, 2024. During this period, some areas of the resort may experience power outages, including overnight electricity disruptions in villas. Once the transition to generator power occurs in early August 2024, expect continuous generator use throughout the project, with possible intermittent electricity disruptions until the project's completion at the end of August 2024.
