During your stay, there may be some construction activity at the neighboring property, with significant refurbishments and renovations expected to commence around June 1, 2024, extending into June 30, 2025. Work will typically occur from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST, which may lead to some noise disruption.

Another important update is that the Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will undergo upgrades to their electrical distribution system from March 1 to August 31, 2024. During this time, there may be intervals where certain areas of the resort experience power outages, including possibly overnight disruptions in villas. Once the transition to generator power begins in early August 2024, please note that there could be intermittent electricity issues until the project concludes.
