Additionally, please be aware that there is an occupancy tax imposed by the state of Hawaii, payable at checkout, which ranges from $10 to $50 per night based on your villa type.

Before making your travel plans, we recommend checking local travel requirements. The resort is currently planning significant upgrades, including refurbishment of the Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers beginning June 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. This project may introduce construction noise and occasional disruptions to some amenities as work occurs daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST.

In addition, there will be an electrical distribution upgrade from March 1 through August 31, 2024. During this period, certain areas may experience power interruptions, including overnight hours in villas. Once the resort transitions to generator power in early August, outages may still occur as the system is restored to normal operations. We appreciate your understanding as we improve your future experiences at this exceptional resort.

Summary: Property was beautiful, rooms were perfect. Beach was also great with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cleaners were too thorough in the kitchen- leaving zero condiments, coffee or any staples; but couches had some food underneath and some liquid spill across the floor. Nothing we couldn’t deal with and overall had a great time!
