Summary: The condo was nice overall. Check-in was easy and it was cleaned thoroughly. Some positives were the large comfy beds, AC units in the living and bedrooms, updated bathrooms and added extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, plus the amazing view. There were some negatives as well, like being a 3rd floor walk up and not having screens on most of the windows. Also, one of the main features we were looking for in a rental was in unit laundry since we were traveling with 6 people, and unfortunately the washing machine was broken during our stay. The owner did end up replacing the washing machine on the last day of our trip. Not having the washing machine meant we had to use the onsite laundry by the office and it was only open from 7am-7pm which was inconvenient with all the activities we had planned during the day. This caused us to have to plan some of our days around when the laundry room would be open, not to mention haul multiple loads of laundry up and down 3 flights of stairs, and you’re only given one bath and beach towel per person to use and they need to be washed after use, especially the beach towels. Also of note, there was a light on in the upstairs bedroom coming from a storage space and no way to turn it off and if you plan on cooking, make sure to buy spices because there are none.
