However, please be aware that specific location preferences within the resort cannot be accommodated during this process.

The state of Hawaii imposes an occupancy tax, payable at checkout, which ranges from $10 to $50 per night depending on the type of villa occupied. We recommend verifying local travel requirements prior to your booking and departure.

Additionally, the neighboring property will be undergoing significant villa refurbishments and plumbing infrastructure renovations anticipated to take place from June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Please expect construction activities daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST, which may include noise from machinery and carpentry work, along with potential intermittent impacts to resort amenities.

An upgrade to the electrical distribution system in the Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers is also scheduled from March 1 to August 31, 2024. During this period, certain areas of the resort may experience temporary power outages, including overnight hours in some villas. Once transitioned to generator power in early August 2024, the replacement project will require continuous generator use throughout its duration, with limited electricity availability as the resort reconnects to its electrical system, projected for completion by the end of August 2024.
