Summary: Perfect location on Kauai and close to all kinds of necessary stores and fun activities. Beautiful sunrises from porch every morning. Biggest drawback - a double bed. Pullout couch had a Queen size bed but couch mattress not great for 2 adults. Fans are definitely needed and living room fan had not been cleaned in awhile. Hardly any Toilet paper or paper towels left on the rolls and no spares anywhere. Office was good when I went there to inquire. Great owner neighbors were in town during our visit and very helpful.
