Please be aware of the following fees: a cleaning fee of $175.00, a $30.00 damage protection waiver, and a service fee of $50.00. To secure your reservation, a deposit of $400.00 is required, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival.

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: if you cancel before the balance is due (30 days prior to arrival), only your deposit will be forfeited. If you've fully paid and need to cancel after that point, we'll refund any nights we can rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. In case of tourism closures, you'll receive full credit towards a future booking. We highly recommend considering travel insurance for added security.
