This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo underwent a complete renovation in 2017, featuring new paint, stylish furniture, and elegant tile floors. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with quartz countertops, modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and Bosch washer and dryer. Your culinary experience will be elevated with high-quality pots and pans, small appliances, and glassware that cater to even the most discerning tastes.
The open-concept living room boasts soaring vaulted ceilings, creating an airy atmosphere. Stay cool and comfortable with the powerful air conditioning system, while enjoying your favorite shows on the 55" Samsung smart HDTV. With cable services and fast unlimited wifi, you'll stay connected throughout your stay.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom features two twin beds that can be configured as a king, offering flexibility for your family or group needs. This extra space includes a bonus room/closet for convenient storage. While it has a cozy ceiling fan, please note that this area does not have air conditioning.
The master bedroom on the first floor is designed for relaxation, featuring a queen-sized Serta Sleep Perfect mattress and Dream Science memory foam pillows for ultimate comfort. It also comes with its own air conditioning unit and a 40" Samsung smart HDTV.
Both bathrooms are fitted with beautiful tiled showers and solid stone surfaces, consistent with Hawaiian design, although they do not include bathtubs.
While some updates may go unnoticed, we have incorporated several enhancements to ensure your stay is exceptional. A Fujitsu air conditioner was installed in the living room on July 3, 2017, providing quiet, efficient cooling that reaches the upstairs loft. We also replaced all the windows with double-hung models for improved noise reduction and security. Positioned on the fourth (top) floor closest to the beach, you’ll appreciate the tranquility that comes from reduced foot traffic outside your unit. The elevator simplifies the process of bringing in groceries after a day of exploring. For your convenience, one dedicated parking stall is provided, along with nighttime security; a parking pass will be issued upon check-in.
In August 2020, we upgraded to Bali Solar Blinds in the living areas for added comfort and style.
The Maui Vista complex enhances your stay with three buildings each featuring tennis courts, pickleball courts, swimming pools, and barbecue areas equipped with gas grills for your enjoyment. Should you wish to play, a deposit is required to access tennis equipment.
