** Please be aware that the state of Hawaii imposes an occupancy tax payable to the resort upon checkout, ranging from $10 to $50 per night depending on the type of villa occupied.

** Prior to booking and traveling, ensure you check local travel requirements.

** Please note that the resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will undergo significant refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovations from approximately June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, during which construction noise and activity may impact the ambiance.

** An electrical distribution system upgrade is anticipated from March 1 to August 31, 2024. During this time, certain areas may experience extended periods without electricity, including overnight outages in villas. Following a transition to generator power in early August 2024, the villa towers will rely on generator power continuously until the project's conclusion, with potential temporary disruptions during the switch back to the resort's electrical system at the end of August 2024.
