It is important to mention that construction will be taking place at the neighboring property. From June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, significant renovations will occur, including villa refurbishment and plumbing upgrades, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST. Expect some noise from demolition and machinery, as well as possible interruptions to certain resort amenities.

Additionally, electrical system upgrades will take place from March 1 through August 31, 2024. During this time, there may be extended periods without electricity in some areas, including in the villas overnight. When transitioning to generator power expected in early August, the towers will rely on generator power continuously until the project concludes, leading to potential disruptions as systems return online at the end of August.
