Currently, the bathroom is undergoing a remodel, with new pictures expected soon. You'll feel right at home in this updated second-floor gem that boasts spectacular ocean views.

In the cozy bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed complemented by a ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and ample closet space. While there’s no air conditioning in the bedroom, you have peace of mind knowing that the entire unit remains cool when the doors are closed and the living room AC unit and ceiling fans are utilized. An extra tower fan is also provided for your comfort.

The bathroom is being transformed into a modern space featuring a walk-in shower, a new toilet, and a stylish single sink vanity. Stay tuned for photos upon completion, expected in June.

The open-concept common area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar accommodating three stools, a Smart TV with cable, a comfortable sofa sleeper couch, and additional seating options. A new in-unit washer and dryer conveniently located near the bathroom adds to your convenience.
