You'll find both privacy and convenience here, with direct access to the beach while being shielded from the hustle and bustle of Kihei Road.
Designed perfectly for couples, our remodeled space features an open floor plan combining the living area, dining space, and kitchen. Unwind in the common area complete with a 65-inch LG HDTV equipped with cable and smart features. The tranquil master bedroom includes a comfortable King bed, a 50-inch smart LG HDTV (streaming service only), and a bathroom with a fantastic shower.
Exciting news awaits! In late April 2023, we will install split ductless A/C, enhancing your comfort with new air blowers in both the living room and bedroom. Our updated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Fisher-Paykel French-door fridge/freezer, bar seating, and elegant granite counters.
The inviting living area continues to impress with a cozy sofa, dining space for four, and a convenient half-bathroom off the wide hallway. For added convenience, multiple washers and dryers are available on the first floor near the beach end of the building.
As new owners since July 2022, we have lovingly maintained our Kihei home, ensuring it is outfitted with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. We kindly ask you to treat our property with care, remembering to keep sand outside and avoid using spray sunscreen indoors.
