Summary: Pros: The view is spectacular. Water is easily accessible for snorkeling. There are lots of rocks around the entrance to the ocean, which brings lots of turtles around each day. The lanai is a good size and the sliding doors open nice and wide to bring the outside in. Communication and responsiveness was great with the host. Check in was a breeze. Unit has A/C which was wonderful for a few afternoons when the temperatures were over 90. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the unit was clean with enough space for our family of 4. This condo is one of 10 units on the property, so it felt pretty private.Cons: Please note these are completely out of the owners control, but are worth noting. This complex is very close to the road and the road is busy and noisy. The windows in the master bedroom are older and therefore not as sound proof as newer ones potentially could be. The parking lot was difficult. Only rent a car if you are going as the ceiling is so low an SUV would not fit. Also because of the size, it was often difficult to park if the people across from you did not pull all the way into their spot or parked crooked.Overall, I would stay here again. This was our first time to Maui and we had a wonderful time.
