Welcome to your serene getaway at the North Shore Tropical Studio, where you can relax and rejuvenate while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas. This charming studio apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, featuring a cozy queen bed along with an additional twin bed.

Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning to stay cool during your stay, along with a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate (note: no stove). Step outside to the spacious patio deck, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. You'll appreciate having access to a washer and dryer, all situated on a secure gated estate flourishing with tropical fruit trees.

Located just a short distance from Haleiwa town, the pristine beaches of Waialua and Mokuleia, as well as various hiking opportunities, the North Shore offers countless adventures to explore. Indulge in fresh fruits straight from the organic farm located on the property—delight in seasonal offerings like mangos, papayas, guavas, avocados, lychees, dragonfruit, and more!

A beautiful beach with incredible surf breaks is conveniently just a brief walk away—approximately 10 minutes or 2.5 blocks to be precise. After a day of sun and surf, rinse off under one of the outdoor showers surrounded by the radiant sunset sky as evening descends and the stars begin to twinkle.

This studio is nestled in a peaceful country neighborhood, where you may hear the familiar sounds of rural life, including occasional roosters and dogs. There are friendly dogs on the property; however, they are contained within a gated area and will only roam freely during scheduled exercise times.

As you settle into this quiet locale, it is important to note that background noises such as road sounds, dog howls, and even the crashing waves during winter surf season may be present. The neighborhood also occasionally experiences firework displays and monthly siren tests.

Please refrain from bringing any animals with you, as there are dogs on the premises who do not get along with unfamiliar pets. Additionally, our professional cleaning team uses essential oils which could pose health risks to animals. For everyone's safety, pets are not allowed in the North Shore Tropical Studio.

Do keep in mind that electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property, as the electrical system cannot accommodate such use safely. An EV charging station is conveniently located approximately 3 miles away in Hale'iwa, near Stonefish restaurant.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late checkouts for this rental. To protect your investment, consider selecting travel insurance at the time of booking. Please be aware that refunds are not available for cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In cases of utility outages, we cannot guarantee compensation for the loss of service.

House Rules

• No pets allowed. The presence of unfamiliar animals can lead to conflicts and injuries.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• Electric vehicle charging is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
• Report any complaints directly to the property manager via the VRBO messaging system within 1 hour of check-in.
• No events or gatherings permitted on the property.
• Air conditioning must be turned off when the studio is unoccupied and windows should remain closed while in use.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
