Please note that from May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, an extensive plumbing project will be underway at the resort. Work hours will typically be scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with contractors potentially arriving as early as 7:00 AM. However, to ensure minimal disturbance, loud operations will not start before 10:00 AM. Rest assured, not all units will be impacted simultaneously and holiday workdays have been excluded from this scheduling.

With an array of amenities, Papakea Resort caters to everyone. Dive into relaxation at two oceanfront saltwater swimming pools (one conveniently located right outside your lanai), engage in friendly matches on three tennis courts or shuffleboard courts, and fire up one of the 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs for a delightful cookout. The resort features two saunas, putting greens, and sprawling grounds spanning 13 impeccably landscaped acres adorned with serene koi ponds, all situated right on the iconic Kaanapali Beach.

Please keep in mind that a daily facility fee of $25 is required at Papakea Resort. This includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi access throughout the property, cable television, local calls during your stay, as well as complimentary yoga, water aerobics classes, and use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. An additional cost of $5 per day applies for extra vehicles. This fee is to be settled upon arrival at the Front Desk.

This renovated one-bedroom condo is easily accessible by elevator to the third floor. Our dedicated team, stationed in Maui, is committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests. We also provide after-hours emergency assistance should you need it. To enhance your stay, we supply dish soap, laundry supplies, and a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash. Each guest also receives a beach chair, beach towel, and cooler for their enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, bookings must be canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of your stay. Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
