Summary: We had never done a VRBO before and you never really know what you are going to get till you get there. The rental process was SUPER easy. Our property manager was always quick to respond. The house was like brand new inside and the view/access to the water was amazing. Very spacious and the kids love the heated pool, swimming off the dock, fishing, kayaking, and of course the apple TV's. Every amenity was thought of from the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels. You feel secure with a private driveway gate and garage. The description online was spot on with only one improvement needed. It wasn't completely clear that there wasn't AC in the main kitchen/living room area. This really wasn't an issue because the entire back of the house is sliding glass doors/windows with screens and the breeze was so CONSTANT and beautiful. All the downstairs bedrooms had their own AC units. It was so easy to jump in our cars and go anywhere. Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!!! Absolutely beautiful!
