House Rules:

Occupancy Restrictions: This 3-bedroom condo accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the host. Exceeding the maximum limit without prior approval may result in additional charges from the property manager.

Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including inside the condo, on the lanai, around pool areas, and at the BBQ pavilion. Violators will be warned, and repeated offenses may incur charges.

Quiet Hours: Respectful quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Security or property management will issue warnings for violations, with potential charges for repeated incidents.

Lanais and Entryways: Please refrain from hanging clothes, towels, or other items on lanais or railings, and do not store surfboards or equipment in entryways.

Parking Guidelines: Only 2 cars per condo are permitted. One vehicle can park in the designated condo stall, while the second must utilize guest parking. Ensure that both vehicles display a parking pass with the condo number on the dashboard.

Pool Access: Familiarize yourself with the posted pool rules. Adherence is mandatory; failure to comply may lead to removal by security or property management. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM.
