Summary: This unit is very small no bathroom door washer dryers in the basement. We did have a problem. With the water being shut off the day before we were leaving we were trying to get ready for a luau and had no water for about four hours which made getting ready a pain in the ass call the owner. They said they were replacing the main valve to the whole complex
