Aloha and welcome to Kona Ohana Hale, your ideal retreat in the vibrant area of Kailua-Kona. This newly renovated Modern Condo less than 1 mile from beach in the heart of Kona serves as a perfect base for immersing yourself in all the wonders the island has to offer.

The living space features stunning artwork by local artists, providing a unique touch that complements the contemporary décor. Just a short distance from the ocean, you’ll find yourself within walking range of shopping, dining options, grocery stores, bowling alleys, and gyms.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private lanai, where you can catch glimpses of the ocean while soaking up the Hawaiian sun.

LIVING AREA: The open concept design encourages everyone to engage in conversation while enjoying meals together. With ample seating both indoors and on the lanai, you can easily share a delightful meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. On those cozy nights when staying in feels just right, unwind on the comfortable sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 55” TV. For added convenience, the living room includes a memory foam queen size pullout bed, with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows provided.

Your culinary creativity will flourish in the kitchen, which is stocked with everything needed to whip up gourmet dishes, including a starter supply of spices and oils. After cooking, cleanup is a breeze thanks to the dishwasher and included pods. If barbecuing sounds enticing, take advantage of the gas grills near the community pool.

The bedroom boasts a memory foam queen size bed, window air conditioning, a 50” smart TV, and a workspace for any necessary tasks. A Pack n Play is also available in the bedroom upon request.

For your convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are available, complete with a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets. You'll also find beach towels, chairs, a beach mat, a cooler bag, goggles, and a beach bag for your adventures—whether by the pool or at one of the island's stunning beaches.

GUEST ACCESS: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo, along with the community pool and spa located just a short stroll away. If walking is a concern, guest parking is conveniently situated directly in front of the pool gate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• The condo is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs as there are no elevators.
• Currently, the only air conditioning available is in the bedroom; the living room features a ceiling fan and a standalone fan.
• You will have one assigned parking space for your vehicle.
• There are two smart TVs within the property, but cable is not provided. Please ensure to bring your own streaming services.
