QUIET TIME: As this residence is nested within a peaceful gated community, respecting neighbors is paramount. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

PARKING: Driveway parking is provided. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Guests can park one vehicle in the garage and one in the left-side driveway; right-side parking is reserved for other units.

Guest Access includes the entire home, with the exception of certain locked closets and cabinets.

The Neighborhood is surrounded by the stunning Mt. Ka’ala and the Waianae Mountain Range, just a 10-minute drive from various parks, markets, and dining options. You’ll find the nearest beach, Mākaha Beach Park, only a quick 5-minute drive away.
