As always, the 1st car MUST be parked in the garage and the 2nd can be in a stall with the parking placard (provided by management company upon request, $250 charge if lost.) If the owner of the unit does not give garage access, or the car(s) cannot fit in the garage, then only one car can be on property and the second need to be parked elsewhere. There will be no exceptions given. A fine will be issued for any parking violations***
