Summary: The property description is very misleading. The rug was not new, the paint was in bad shape, the split AC works only in the living room. In the bedroom is a cheap, portable, noisy and inefficient feestanding AC unit installed with duct tape through an open window. Thankfully it wasn’t hot so we could live with just the ceiling fan, otherwise, we would have gotten no sleep on the rock hard bed if we had to run the portable unit at night. In the bathroom the shower drain did not work properly and the towels were old and stained. There is a new refrigerator in the kitchen but you have to push the door hard to close it. There are no condiments whatsoever except for a salt and pepper shaker. Luckily we brought our own frying pans but wish we had brought a spatula as this unit had a burned black plastic one that should be thrown away. All the beach chairs had broken carry straps. Several days prior to arrival I messaged and asked if we could have an early check it. I was told there was a good chance but never heard back. So when we arrived I called and spoke to the manager who said she would check and call me back if we could get in 2 hours early. Of course, no call. This place is over priced for what you get. The only thing going for it is the walkable location. Oh and the pools are super tiny. Three tiny pools with lawn chairs. Before renting here again we would need to see an extensive remodel.
