Located across from picturesque palm-lined beaches and overlooking the serene Maalaea Bay, this resort is conveniently situated within two miles of an array of dining options and just a short 20-minute drive from Kahului Airport. Enjoy complimentary WiFi as well as one- or two-bedroom suites featuring fully equipped kitchens, inviting living areas, and private balconies. Additionally, you’ll have access to our on-site fitness center and concierge services.

The spacious 1 Bedroom Penthouse Premier Double (1XD) spans 845 square feet and accommodates up to four guests. It features a 118-square-foot lanai and a balcony furnished with seating for four, showcasing unique designs and finishes throughout. The primary bedroom comes equipped with two full-XL beds, a 55-inch TV, and a desk for your convenience. In the luxurious bathroom, you will find a vanity with a single sink, backlit mirrors, and a walk-in shower complete with a ceiling-mounted rainhead.

The living room is designed for relaxation, offering a sofa bed, a 65-inch TV, motorized blackout shades, and a dining table for four—a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploration. The suite's kitchen boasts high-end appliances including a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, separate cooktop and oven, built-in microwave, and a wine/beverage cooler, along with a washer/dryer unit to meet all your needs during your stay.

Please note that a daily resort charge will be added to your room rate. This charge includes guest internet access, self-parking, InnSpire for streaming apps to your TV, two 16 oz water bottles each day, and domestic long-distance calls for up to 30 minutes daily.

Check-in time is set for 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Remember, the individual checking in must be at least 18 years old. Ensure you bring a valid ID and credit card, as a $100 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon arrival. If you would like to modify the name of the person checking in, there is a $99 fee for such changes.

The Maui Bay Villas employs an Allocate Upon Arrival system, meaning your specific suite assignment will be determined upon check-in. Our friendly staff is always available to accommodate specific requests whenever possible, although we cannot guarantee exact units. Should your reservation extend beyond four nights, you might be reassigned to a different suite for housekeeping purposes—our priority is maintaining the highest standards throughout your stay.

While we strive to provide you with an extraordinary experience, please be aware of our policies regarding parking—complimentary for one car per unit—and our strict no-pet rule, which incurs a $300 fine if violated. Smoking is also prohibited inside the premises, with designated areas provided for those who smoke, under the same penalty.
