With a resurgence of visitors to Maui, now is the perfect time to discover the beautiful surroundings, including the charm of Napili Bay and Kapalua, along with the many quaint towns and attractions across the island (please be mindful that Lahaina is currently off-limits as it recovers).

Nestled in a lush tropical environment, the property is just a 5-minute stroll to one of Maui's finest beaches, beloved by locals as Airport Beach. It's conveniently located near various restaurants and a plethora of beach activities such as swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, scuba diving, and outrigger canoeing.

Unlike typical high turnover rental properties, this isn't just any vacation spot; it's a beautifully maintained beach-style home that we inhabit for most of the year. You'll find furnishings, artwork, and personal touches throughout, ensuring an experience akin to staying in a genuine Hawaiian residence.

Originally crafted in the traditional Hawaiian plantation style, the cottage has been modernized with an open floor plan featuring impressive vaulted ceilings and abundant windows that invite natural light to flood in.

From your lanai, take in mesmerizing ocean vistas and gaze upon the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. The sunsets here are truly spectacular. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee on your lanai, surrounded by the sweet sounds of native birds, or unwinding in the evening with cocktails and dinner while soaking in the sunset.

The cottage comprises two spacious bedrooms, each outfitted with brand new king-sized beds, accompanied by two bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers. Air conditioning will keep you comfortable during warm summer days and nights. The updated kitchen features modern appliances (including a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher), along with a Vitamix blender perfect for whipping up refreshing tropical drinks.

For entertainment, enjoy a new 65” smart TV, and music enthusiasts will appreciate the multiple wireless Bluetooth speakers strategically placed throughout the cottage, just waiting for you to connect with your favorite playlists.

We've even included luxurious amenities like 100% bamboo bed linens, down pillows, and spa-quality towels for your convenience during your stay.

Positioned in a sought-after area within our cottage community, you're mere steps away from the pool. A private parking area for guests and owners makes accessing the cottage incredibly easy.

It's also worth noting that our cottage forms part of the International Colony Club, a vintage Hawaiian-style cottage community comprising 44 cottages set within 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Kaanapali. Guests can enjoy two pools exclusively available to owners and their visitors.

While fun is encouraged, we maintain a peaceful atmosphere at our cottage community. We kindly request that guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. As the cottages are relatively close together, you may occasionally hear neighbors, and the pool can sometimes be lively; however, you may often find you have it all to yourself.
