SMOKING: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside the suite or on the Lanai is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, with a penalty of $500.00 for violations. Guests will also be responsible for any damage caused by burns.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down. No loud music, parties, swimming pool games, or other disruptive activities are allowed during Quiet Hours—from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.

PARKING: A daily parking fee of $15 will be included in your reservation total.

FURNITURE: To protect the furniture, please refrain from sitting on it with bare skin or suntan oils, as these can cause stains. Use the beach towels provided instead.

SWIMMING POOL & SPA: Glass containers are not allowed around the pool area. Acrylic glassware is supplied for your convenience. Please exercise caution as tiled lanais and pool areas can be slippery when wet—no running, diving, or horseplay is permitted. Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times.

PEST CONTROL: Routine pest control may occur during your stay, typically initiated 24 hours after notice. We will do our best to inform you of scheduled services.
