In regard to house rules, common sense should prevail concerning safety and consideration for fellow guests and neighbors.

• SMOKING: Only allowed in designated areas. Smoking inside the suite or on the Lanai is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Any property damage resulting from smoking will also incur replacement costs.
• MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT: Please respect our neighbors; loud music, parties, or disruptive activities are not permitted during quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• PARKING: A parking fee of $15/day will be incorporated into your reservation balance.
• FURNITURE: Avoid sitting on fabric furniture with bare skin or suntan oils to prevent stains. Use the provided beach towels instead.
• SWIMMING POOL & SPA: Glass items are not allowed poolside. Acrylic glasses are available for your use. Be cautious around wet tiled lanais and pool areas, and refrain from running or diving. Parents must supervise their children.
• PEST CONTROL: Routine pest control may coincide with guest reservations. Efforts will be made to inform guests, with services occurring 24 hours after notice.
