Just a short stroll across the street takes you to the stunning Kamaole Beach Park III, while the delightful attractions of Wailea are also nearby. Experience the beauty of tropical gardens at the complex, complete with two sparkling pools (one heated), two tennis courts, multiple BBQ areas, and two relaxing Jacuzzis!

Your spacious condo offers incredible ocean views from the lanai, living room, and kitchen, allowing you to soak in the relaxing ambiance of island life. You'll find all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay, including air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, an in-room safe, beach towels, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The expansive lanai is the perfect place to unwind while taking in spectacular views that define the essence of Maui. Enjoy the proximity to the beach, pool, and BBQ area, making this the ideal setting for your next vacation.

This peaceful neighborhood provides easy access to various restaurants and the charm of Kihei, ensuring you have everything required for a phenomenal Maui experience! You are just an eight-minute walk to Keawakapu Beach and five minutes away from Kamaole Beach Park III, with Kamaole Beach Park II only a ten-minute walk down the road. The shops at Wailai can be reached in a quick ten-minute drive.

Before your arrival, you will receive a code granting you access to the unit, as I may not be there to greet you personally. However, I am available to assist with any concerns during your stay. Mahalo!

As you prepare for your visit, please be aware of the following house rules: Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, meaning no loud music or disruptive noise should be heard outside during those times. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and any violations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit along with additional cleaning fees.

To ensure cleanliness, guests must dispose of trash in closed containers and take it out upon departure. Parking is provided for one vehicle, and I will share the specific space number after confirming your booking.

This condo is fully furnished to meet your needs with linens, pillows, towels (including beach towels), snorkel gear, beach chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. A small supply of paper goods and detergent is included to help you get started.

If damages occur during your stay, please notify me immediately, as the security deposit will cover these costs. Although we strive to maintain a pest-free environment, residents should expect occasional visitors due to Hawaii's natural ecosystem and should keep doors closed when possible.
