Positive: Lahnia is unique, makes the property very special.
Negative: Kitchen cabinets badly in need of updating - laminated edges separating - appear to be decades old perhaps to original construction 50+ years ago. Shade was missing on the lanai door causing heat in the afternoon and bright lighting the evening to come in. Bathroom ceiling is very low, a person over 6’2” would have difficulty taking a shower. Also wasn’t pleased that some older items such as a broken tv and old lamp was left in the closet taking up space - very tacking.
