Positive: The resort is nice and quiet. The apartment had good kitchen equipment and utilities. The resort was clean, with a beach which was not bad also for snorkeling.
Negative: The communication with the host was very bad - before the check in, I asked a question about parking, and received an answer 2 days after my checkout. Same with other questions - on resort reception they told me to speak about everything with the host - Maui Kaanapali Vacation Rentals, LLC - but there were not available at all during my stay. Additionally, the location is close to the beach - but very distant if you want to explore the island - Hana Road, Volcano, etc. The last thing - after I already booked and my company paid for the trip, I was advised regarding the additional charge of $165 dollars as "Resort registration fee" or something like that. I didn't like it at all given that when I was making the booking it appeared "including ALL fees and taxes" - so why should I pay an additional unexpected fee... especially such material fee.
