You can accommodate up to 2 occupants comfortably. In addition to your cozy sleeping arrangements, you'll enjoy a range of amenities including a kitchenette, internet (wi-fi), television, air conditioning, hair dryer, radio, alarm clock, coffee maker, ironing board, towels, hangers, as well as a washer/dryer and mini-refrigerator.

When you check-in, please be aware that the specific suite assigned will be determined upon arrival due to our Allocate Upon Arrival system. If you have preferences regarding floor, unit, or building number, feel free to share your requests with the friendly on-site reservation staff who will strive to accommodate your desires. However, since room assignments are handled by the front desk, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

If you're planning a stay longer than four nights, it's important to note that you may be reassigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes, as maintaining our luxurious standard is a priority.

Please ensure that the individual checking in is at least 21 years old; valid identification and a credit card in their name will be required. A pre-authorization fee of $100 from any major credit card is also necessary upon check-in. Following your purchase, an email confirmation displaying your reservation details will be sent within 14 days before your arrival. If you wish to change the name of the check-in person after submitting your information, please keep in mind there will be a name change fee of $99.00 and any damages will incur charges upon checkout.

With our "Upgrade Policy," if a larger unit or a higher-quality resort within the vicinity becomes available during your stay, rest assured we will upgrade you at no additional cost. Should you prefer to opt out of this policy, please let us know in advance.

When booking your stay, be aware that there is no resort fee, but on-site parking is available at $25 daily and valet parking at $30 daily. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking—including e-cigarettes—is prohibited inside the premises.
