Be informed that our luxury accommodations utilize a system called Allocate Upon Arrival, meaning your specific suite assignment will be provided upon check-in. If your stay spans more than four nights, please note there may be a reassignment to a different suite for housekeeping purposes in order to maintain our high standards of luxury and cleanliness.

For check-in, the primary guest must be at least 21 years of age and should present a valid ID and credit card bearing their name. A pre-authorization of $100 via major credit card is required during check-in. You will receive an email confirmation detailing your reservation, which you need to present alongside a valid picture ID. If changes to the registered guest’s name are needed post-booking, a fee of $99 will apply.

The designated check-in time is 4 p.m. ET, with check-out set for 10 a.m. ET. Lihue Airport (LIH) is conveniently located just one mile away by car, enhancing the ease of travel to and from your accommodation.
