Summary: “Marbella Lane - Stylish Home". While the aesthetics of the property were nice, we experienced a few issues. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was unfortunately ineffective, causing discomfort and disturbances during the night. Additionally, we discovered a crack on the living room television screen and felt unsatisfied when unfounded claims were made against us regarding this damage. It also came to our attention that the trash bins were already full upon our arrival, which left us no choice but to dispose of our waste in alternative locations. Lastly, we were disappointed with the response to our complaints about noise and when the cracked tv which was meant to serve as a source of evening entertainment. Overall, while the property has potential, these issues significantly dampened our experience. I believe that a more accurate representation of the property's condition and improved caretaking would contribute to a more satisfactory stay in future.especially if they did a “detailed inspection”. There was a handbook review which already listed the AC problems and a few more issues, I’m surprised that it was addressed and not fixed. Overall the place is beautiful. This place is great for big families and a long term stay. We just had a few issues during our short term stay. If they fix these issues, this place will be a great stay.
